Please read our refund policy carefully:


1. No Refunds on Matcha

All matcha sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and details. We will review and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or store credit.


3. Other Products
